The reception was very busy when we arrived, a coach had just arrived, but, despite being in a stressful situation, the receptioist was calm and helpful. She also had to run the bar, which fortionately was not too busy.

Staff working there was extremely friendly and helpful. Buffet style breakfast offered variety of options and was not boring. Even the location was okay. only 10-12 minute walk to the sanctuary. On site parking was a plus too.

All the staff, from reception, cleaners and at breakfast was excellent. Old hotel but not tacky, we'll looked after. Good bedding and clean. Breakfast was included in a very reasonable price and was good. Location excellent, walking distance to attractionse attractions

A plus of the hotel is its location – close to the sanctuary, bars, and grocery stores. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was tasty (except for the coffee). Good value for money. I recommend it.

Breakfast was absolutely Amazing and Awesome. The staffs are truly professional, Helpful, kind and Great. The staffs at the FRONT DESK and at the Restaurant are so KIND , Helpful and Courteous.

It’s a lovely place with all the conveniencies, open all the time. We were delighted with the friendly and helpful staff as well as with the breakfast food there. It’s located quite close to the Basilica, just a 7-minute walk.

We had a wonderful stay at Doña Amelia by Ridan, thanks to the friendly and attentive staff who provided excellent service and great hospitality. The restaurant servers were attentive to replenish the free hearty breakfast
